An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced, results-driven retail associate to work in our flagship boutique in Armadale, Melbourne. 

The successful candidate must have retail experience, with a proven ability to offer exceptional customer care.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales to meet and exceed targets
  • Deliver a proactive, high level of customer service that demonstrates repeat client sales and loyalty
  • Maintaining company policy and procedure
  • Provide feedback via reporting

  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Strategies to further the client base and increase sales growth
  • Be highly organised, easily adaptable and can work under pressure
