Hem ruffle cut in contrast cotton silk fabrication. A ruched waistband with triple stitching for smooth comfort. Two internal side pockets. Non-iron. French seamed and top stitched for a premium finish. Ankle length skirt with a natural crushed look. Can be worn dressy or casual.
